In 2004, Tianjiquan's high-tech health therapy products landed in Southeast Asia, and the "Tianjiquan SLT Product Promotion Event" was successfully held in Kuala Lumpur. On October 15th, Tianjiquan successfully held its first "Experience Marketing" Thousand Person Conference in Shenzhen.

In 2006, Tianjiquan was awarded the Top 100 Most Influential Innovation Achievements in China. At the 8th High tech Fair, Tianjiquan was named a high-tech enterprise in Shenzhen that year.

In 2007, Shi Yanbao, Chairman and CEO of Tianjiquan Group, was warmly received by Prince Norodom Sihanouk of Cambodia and awarded the Charity Honor Medal. In the same year, Tianjiquan was invited by the National People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference to serve as a member representative for four consecutive years.

On March 28, 2008, Shi Yanbao, Chairman and CEO of Tianjiquan Group, was warmly received by Songchai Ongwar, Vice Premier of the State Council of Thailand, at the 5th International Youth Association held in Bangkok, Thailand. In June 2009, Tianjiquan's third-generation SLT semiconductor laser therapy device was successfully launched in Chongqing. At the 11th Shenzhen International High tech Achievement Fair in November 2009, Tianjiquan successfully launched its latest independently developed and eye-catching "Quantum Energy Health Device".

On the morning of April 14, 2010 at 7:49:40, a 7.1 magnitude earthquake occurred in Yushu County, Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province. On April 27th, "Love Yushu, We Have Love" Tianjiquan donated love and raised funds for the Yushu earthquake stricken area.

Tianjiquan participated in the Nicaragua China Trade Fair and returned with a full load. From December 16th to 19th, 2010, the Nicaragua China Trade Fair was held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Convention Center in the capital city of Managua, Nicaragua. Tianjiquan Group Chairman and President Shi Yanbao led various elite soldiers to participate in the exhibition. In 2012, CCTV Channel 1 conducted an on-site interview with Tianjiquan's high-tech products at the High Tech Fair, which was broadcasted during the evening news slot.
